Every well dug, every sapling planted — thirty years of protecting Marathwada’s soil and water.
A woman’s first business. A farmer’s second chance. We’ve been there for both since 1994.
When workers go unheard and families go hungry, Navchaitanya shows up — quietly, consistently.
Free health camps, real information, real villages — because good health shouldn’t depend on your postcode.
“Born in 1994 from the belief that communities can change their own lives with the right support — Navchaitanya has spent three decades working alongside farmers, women, workers, and families in Marathwada.”

“We didn’t start Navchaitanya with money or a big plan. We started with the belief that if one family stands up for another, change is already happening. Thirty years later, that belief hasn’t changed — and neither has our work.”
“I grew up watching this organization give before it had anything to give. That taught me more than any degree could. Today when I see a woman from our program standing on her own feet — that is the only report card that matters.”

Since 1994 — over 34 years. We started in Sambhajinagar and have been working across villages and communities in the Marathwada region ever since.
Our primary focus is Sambhajinagar and surrounding villages in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Many of our programs operate at the grassroots level — in fields, schools, and local communities.
Donations go directly toward field programs — water conservation work, health camps, women’s livelihood training, and farmer support. We do not spend on large overheads.

Both. We collaborate with government programs where it helps communities faster, but our ground-level work runs independently of political agendas.
We share updates, photos, and stories from our programs directly. No inflated numbers — just honest ground reports from the people we work with.
